
Something, however, has recently changed. The slideshow still works perfectly on all pages except for the individual product pages and the checkout page. Everything was working just fine until a week or so ago.
The first step in trouble-shooting any problem is to look at the code. But the code looked the same.
The second step is to put in a support ticket, which we have done. The problem is that 72 hours later the ticket is still listed as "Open" which means it's just sitting there. Sigh.
For my 3dCart template customers, we're still working on getting this issue resolved. As soon as we find the fix, we'll post it here.
